You will pass through Namche Bazaar, Tengboche, Dingboche, and Goark shep before reaching EBC (5364 m). Along the way, you’ll have impressive views of Everest, Nuptse, Lhotse and other towering peaks. 


After reaching EBC, you’ll continue your journey towards Lobuche peak (6119 m). The summit of the peak offers astonishing views of the Himalayas. It is a technical climb and requires mountaineering skills and previous experience. You’ll receive necessary guidance and training from experienced climbing guides. 1) Foods and accommodations

The accommodation in the mountains and remote villages are normally in a twin- shared basis. The rooms are available with just a bed with a pillow and a blanket. Likewise, the shower and rest room are also on sharing basis. However, when you reach higher altitudes, accommodation becomes more basic, and you might need to stay in tents at the base camp.

Teashops and lodges provide meals, which are often a mix of Nepalese and western cuisine that meets the preferences of various trekkers. All the food will be cooked by the local cook by using local vegetables and the taste would be very local.  


2) Travel Insurance

4) Physical fitness

It involves long days of trekking, steep ascents and endurance at high- altitudes, and strenuous climb. So, one must be physically fit with high stamina as well as mentally prepared to tackle the hard path. So, this trek is not recommended for those who are suffering from chronic ailments or have heart or lung diseases. It is better to avoid this trip.

However, all the trekkers having an excellent level of fitness can easily complete this trek. If you have any kind of previous trekking experience or mountaineering skills it will be an added advantage.


5) Altitude Sickness

Altitude sickness is common in the mountains, when you travel to a high altitude too quickly. Headache, nausea, tiredness etc are the symptoms occur when your body tries to adjust to the lower air pressure and lower oxygen levels at high altitudes. When it comes to this illness, be conscious and take a rest where you are and inform your guide or friends immediately.

Trip Itinerary

Day 1 : Arrival at Kathmandu and Transfer to Hotel

Our personnel will be waiting for you at the airport with your name on a placard. He will pick you up from airport and transfer you to the hotel as per your preference. This day will be for your refreshment and in the evening you will be provided a guided evening walk to the local markets as well as localities to make you familiar with the Nepalese atmosphere.

Day 2 : Fly from Kathmandu to Lukla (30 min) then Trek to Phakding (3 hrs walk)

Our journey will begin with an exhilarating 30-minute flight from Kathmandu to Lukla, where our trek will be preceded by stunning Himalayan vistas. After reaching Lukla, we'll set out on a picturesque 3-hour hike to Phakding, a quaint village tucked up next to the Dudh Koshi River. As we stroll, you'll be able to take in the tranquil beauty of the Everest region along with expansive views of verdant valleys and traditional Sherpa villages. This hike is the ideal way for us to get a taste of the breathtaking scenery and vibrant culture that lie ahead of us.

Day 3 : Trek from Phakding to Namche Baazar (3450m) (6 hrs walk)

We're going to take a satisfying 6-hour hike today from Phakding to 3,450-meter-high Namche Bazaar. This is the most thrilling and difficult part of our journey as we climb through verdant forests and cross gorgeous suspension bridges over the Dudh Koshi River. We'll see authentic Sherpa villages along the route, as well as breathtaking views of the surrounding peaks. You will feel a sense of accomplishment and amazement as we get closer to Namche Bazaar, the bustling center of the Everest region, set against the backdrop of towering mountains.

Day 4 : Rest day Namche Baazar / Hike to Everest view Hotel

An exciting 8 hours await you on your trek from Lobuche to Gorekshep and hike to Everest Base Camp today. We begin with a moderate ascent from Lobuche to Gorekshep, our high-altitude destination for a quick rest. We ascend to Everest Base Camp from Gorekshep by way of rocky landscapes and glacial moraines. The Khumbu Glacier and the surrounding peaks can be seen magnificently from the path. After reaching 5,364 meters at Everest Base Camp, you will be in awe at the foot of the highest mountain in the world and will be able to fully experience the spirit of adventure that permeates this legendary location. Once we've captured the moment and taken in the stunning surroundings, we'll walk back to Gorekshep to rest and toast to our success.

Day 10 : Hike to Kalapather and Back to Lobuche (6hrs walk)

Our hike today takes us six hours round trip, starting at Lobuche and ending at the summit of Kala Patthar. We begin with an early morning climb out of Lobuche, making our way over rocky terrain and gradually gaining altitude. We are rewarded with expansive views of Mount Everest, Lhotse, and the surrounding Himalayan peaks bathed in morning light as we reach the summit of Kala Patthar at 5,545 meters. The location is incredibly breathtaking and provides an ideal viewpoint for breathtaking pictures. We return to Lobuche after taking in the breathtaking views, giving you time to digest the amazing journey and get ready for the next adventure.

Day 11 : Trek from Lobuche to Lobuche Base Camp (5hrs walk)

The five-hour hike from Lobuche to Lobuche Base Camp today promises an exciting adventure through breathtaking high-altitude scenery. We'll travel over stony trails and glacial moraines while taking in breath-taking views of the surrounding peaks and the Khumbu Glacier. We'll pitch our tents at Lobuche Base Camp and enjoy a peaceful night in this secluded and picturesque location. Day 13 : Trek Back from Thukla to Tengbouche (3900m) (6 hrs walk)

The 6-hour scenic trek from Thukla to Tengbouche today will take us back through the breathtaking Everest region scenery. The trail meanders through verdant forests and expansive meadows as we descend from Thukla, providing breathtaking views of the surrounding peaks and the Khumbu Valley. The trail meanders through verdant forests and quaint villages as we head down from Tengbouche, providing stunning views of the surrounding peaks and the Dudh Koshi River. The walk is enjoyable despite the route's few steep sections because of the vibrant greenery and tranquil surroundings. Day 15 : Trek from Namche Baazar to Lukla (2810m) (7 hrs walk)

The rewarding 7-hour descent from Namche Bazaar to Lukla today passes through the stunning Everest region scenery. The trail gradually descends through verdant forests and along the Dudh Koshi River as we leave Namche, providing picturesque views of the valley and surrounding peaks. Day 17 : Rest Day at Kathmandu

Famous sites like the Swayambhunath Stupa (Monkey Temple), the ancient Durbar Squares, or the vibrant Thamel neighborhood for dining and shopping are just a few places you might visit. Day 18 : Departure at Tribhuwan International Airport
