Detailed Itinerary

Day 01: Arrival in Kathmandu then Transfer to hotel

Upon arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport (1,400 m / 4,593 ft), you will be warmly welcomed and transferred to your hotel in Kathmandu. After check-in, you can relax and recover from your journey or take a short walk around the hotel area. In the evening, enjoy a peaceful rest in preparation for the adventure ahead.

Day 02: Fly to Lukla and Trek to Phakding. 4-5 hrs walk.

Early in the morning, you will either take a 35-minute flight from Kathmandu to Lukla (2,840 m / 9,318 ft) or drive to Manthali/Ramechhap (474 m / 1,555 ft) for about 5–6 hours, followed by a 20-minute flight to Lukla.
After landing in Lukla, the trek officially begins. You will walk through beautiful villages, prayer wheels, and riverside trails to reach Phakding (2,610 m / 8,563 ft). The trek is short and easy, allowing your body to slowly adjust to the altitude.

Day 03: Trek from Phakding to Namche Bazaar. 6-7 hrs walk.

Today’s trek follows the Dudh Koshi River, crossing several suspension bridges and passing through small Sherpa settlements. After entering Sagarmatha National Park, the trail gradually climbs uphill to reach Namche Bazaar (3,440 m / 11,286 ft), the main trading town of the Everest region. On a clear day, you may get your first glimpse of Mount Everest along the way.

Day 04: Acclimatization Day at Namche Bazaar / Hike to Hotel Everest view & Back

This day is dedicated to acclimatization to help your body adapt to the increasing altitude. After breakfast, you will hike to the famous Hotel Everest View (3,880 m / 12,730 ft), which offers stunning views of Everest, Lhotse, Ama Dablam, and surrounding peaks. After enjoying the views, return to Namche Bazaar for rest and relaxation.

Day 05: Trek from Namche Bazaar to Deboche. 6-7 hrs walk.

Leaving Namche, the trail continues through rhododendron forests and scenic mountain paths. You will pass through Tengboche, home to the famous monastery, before descending to the peaceful village of Deboche (3,820 m / 12,533 ft). The day offers beautiful landscapes and a calm walking pace.

Day 06: Trek from Deboche to Dingboche. 6 hrs walk.

The trek today takes you deeper into the high Himalayan region. You will walk past alpine landscapes, stone walls, and open valleys as the air becomes thinner. The trail gradually ascends to Dingboche (4,410 m / 14,469 ft), a beautiful village surrounded by towering peaks.

Day 07: Acclimatization Day at Dingboche. Hike to Chhkung.

Another important acclimatization day to support safe trekking. You will hike towards Chhukung (4,730 m / 15,518 ft), gaining altitude slowly while enjoying dramatic mountain views. After spending time at higher elevation, you will return to Dingboche for rest.

Day 08: Trek from Dingboche to Lobuche. 6-7 hrs walk.

Today’s trek passes memorials dedicated to climbers who lost their lives on Everest. The landscape becomes rugged and powerful as you move closer to the world’s highest mountain. You will reach Lobuche (4,910 m / 16,109 ft) by late afternoon.

Day 09: Trek to Everest Base Camp and Return to Gorak Shep. 8-9 hrs walk.

This is one of the most exciting days of the trek. You will walk from Lobuche to Everest Base Camp (5,364 m / 17,598 ft), passing through glacial terrain and ice formations. After spending time at Base Camp and taking photos, you will return to Gorak Shep (5,164 m / 16,942 ft) for the night.

Day 10: Early morning hike up to Kala Patthar and Trek Down to Pheriche. 7-8 hrs walk.

Early in the morning, you will hike up Kala Patthar (5,555 m / 18,225 ft) for a breathtaking sunrise view of Mount Everest and surrounding peaks. After descending, you will continue trekking down to Pheriche (4,240 m / 13,911 ft), enjoying easier trails and thicker air.

Day 11: Trek from Pheriche to Namche Bazaar. 6-7 hrs walk.

The trail continues downhill through familiar villages and landscapes as you make your way back to Namche Bazaar. This day feels more relaxed as you descend and reflect on the journey you have completed so far.

Day 12: Trek from Namche Bazaar to Lukla. 7 hrs walk.

On the final trekking day, you will walk back to Lukla (2,840 m / 9,318 ft). This is a meaningful day as you celebrate the successful completion of your Everest Base Camp trek with your team

Day 13: Fly to Kathmandu or Manthali / Ramechhap and Drive back to kathmandu.

You will take a scenic flight from Lukla to Kathmandu (35 minutes) or fly to Manthali/Ramechhap (20 minutes) and then drive back to Kathmandu for 5–6 hours by shared tourist vehicle. After arriving, you can relax or enjoy a final evening in the city.
Overnight: Hotel Yak & Yeti or a similar-class hotel.

Day 14: Transfer to intranational airport fly back to home land.

After breakfast, you will be transferred to Tribhuvan International Airport for your international departure, carrying unforgettable memories of the Everest region.

  • A strong, helpful porter with proper safety equipment and walking equipment, his salary, food, drinks, accommodation, and insurance (one porter for two people, he will carry a bag pack max 20-25 kg).
  • You will be under observation with a pulse oximeter to have your oxygen levels and heart rate measured twice a day during the trek. This is to catch the signs of Altitude Mountain Sickness (AMS) early, thus making trekking safer.
  • Includes the Sagarmatha National Park entry permit, TIMS card, and Khumbu Pasang Lhamu Municipality access permit.
