After breakfast early, set for another day with a guided jungle walk with an expert naturalist. This truly immersive experience lets you walk through the natural and diverse landscapes of the park: from grasslands to riverbanks to dense sal forests. Keep your looks for the elusive Bengal tigress, one-horned rhinoceros, swamp deer, and exotic bird species. Lunch will be packed on the riverbanks before carrying on. Return at the late afternoon to your lodge for a traditional dinner paired with a cultural Tharu dance performance.

Prepare for a full-day jeep safari that goes into the remote areas of Bardia National Park. The open-top vehicle enables unbridled wildlife viewing, crossing larger stretches that cannot be traveled by foot. Your guide will take you through some prime spots for spotting animals where you might observe wild elephants, gharials, and even the rarely sighted Gangetic Dolphin along the stretch of the Karnali River. Enjoy a tapering-down breakfast and bid goodbye to the serene jungle. Depending on your schedule, perhaps have a short walk in the village or a visit to the handicraft center.
