Detailed Itinerary
Day 1: Tourist Bus to Pokhara:
Early in the morning after having fulfilling breakfast, we will be traveling to Pokhara through Prithvi Highway. It will be a beautiful scenic bus ride, around 6-7 hours long. Western Himalayas can be seen along the way. The bus ride takes us to the beautiful valley of Pokhara, and it is our gateway into the mountains. Night exploration around this beautiful lake city or go for boating in the grand Phewa Lake. Our stay for today will be at Pokhara.
Day 2: Drive to Milanchok and trekking to Ghachok (1254 m).
We have to drive from Pokhara to Milanchowk by car and trek to Ghachowk. We will have to cross the thrilling Mardi Bridge. At Ghachok we will be doing Home-stay at one of the locals in a beautiful traditional house.
Day 3: Trek to Dhiprang (1440m)
We will be trekking to the lovely village of Dhiprang, which will take us approximately 3 hours of walking. Spectacular views of villages, meadows, and beautiful lofty hills and mountains will keep us busy for the entire trek.
Day 4: Trek to Chichemle Kharka (2645m)
On this day, we walk to Chichemle Kharka. Trekking along the beautiful rhododendron forest interspersed with small villages, we shall be looking in search of rare and magnificent flora and fauna. From Dhiprang to Chichemle, passing Odane Hill, the trek will take around six hours. The night will be spent in a Home-stay at the house of a local.
Day 5: Trek to Lalka (2250m)
In the morning, after breakfast we’ll trek down to Lalka. It’ll take us around 4 hours to reach our destination.The town offers you a unique close-up see of Mount Annapurna South (7219m), Fishtail, and Hiunchuli (6441m). We’ll remain the night in a Camp in Lalka.
Day 6: Trek to Ribhan (1430m)
The proper day for trekking will be when we finally go down to Ribhan, which will take us roughly about 4-5 hours. It also just takes five hours of walking from Pokhara to reach this place. From here, one can have a beautiful view of the mountains in the picturesque backdrop. The sunset on the Himalayas looks stunning from this view.
Day 7: Trek to Lachok (1160m)
In the morning after breakfast, the trail winds down to Lachok. After reaching Lachok we could explore the local area for the remaining time. The sunset around distant mountains looks beautiful from here.
Day 8: Trek to Milanchok and drive to Pokhara
Farewell are the mountain roads! We will proceed to descend down toward Milanchowk, to easily drive on to Pokhara. We can explore the night activist in the most famous and beautiful city of Nepal till very late evening.
Day 9: Drive back to Kathmandu
After having breakfast will drive to the capital over Prithvi Highway. You will again enjoy a refreshing scenic bus ride throughout the journey. Upon reaching Kathmandu once again, you can roam around this lively city, buy some gifts, and souvenirs to take back home.
