The Annapurna Circuit Trek
or Around the Annapurna Trek is one of the most popular treks in the
world, which comprises the entire Annapurna massif reaching the summit

July and August is a monsoon season at Nepal and in Annapurna region.
It is an offseason trekking month. The month of July in day is
relatively warm and sunny while evenings experience rain showers. The
temperature falls down due to rain. The temperature of July and August
is a little humid and mild. These months see very little number of
visitors and trekkers, so you can enjoy all the highlights of this trek
on your own company.
Thus it is a monsoon season, and there is a huge chance of
lightening, thundering and even landslides in the way during trekking.
So, very few number of trekkers prefer to trek in this season. But if
you are fully determined about trekking then you should have to be fully
prepared to face the obstacles that you may face your way.

8000m like Annapurna I, Annapurna II, Annapurna III, Annapurna IV,
Machhapuchhre, Dhaulagiri, Gangapurna, Tukuche, Nilgiri, Tilicho,

July and August is monsoon months in Nepal. However the beginning of
June and end of August do not get much rain. You can experience
rainfalls during July. You can expect leeches, mosquitoes and other
insects in the lower regions. The rainfall occurs landslides, flight
cancellation and delay on the trails. Thus this months are least
favorable to trek. The southern part of the Annapurna region receives an
average of 600-800mm of rain per month during this season. However the
areas like Jomsom, Upper Mustang get 50mm. The temperature is 25℃ in
daytime while temperatures at night are around 16℃.
July and August is one of the best times to trek to Annapurna Circuit
Trek, if you want to experience more adventure. Most of the travelers
avoid trekking in this season due to leeches, landslides, rainfall and
slippery routes. You may experience rainfall almost every day in the
month and the mountains will be hidden behind the clouds during daytime.
Trekking trails may be much muddy which is affected by monsoon, but
you should always prepare yourself accordingly. It is considered as one
of the best time to trek as you can easily find accommodation, and you
can enjoy the highlights of this area in your own company.
